Didier Cuche: “I reach the finish line faster with the e-bill!”

All the advantages of the e-bill at a glance: The new e-bill advertising campaign begins with advertorials in Sunday news publications.



On Sunday, January 25, 2009, advertorials about the e-bill featuring the professional skier Didier Cuche will appear in the SonntagsZeitung, NZZ am Sonntag and Le Matin Dimanche. They will explain how the e-bill functions and the advantages it offers. Didier Cuche has already appeared in an advertising spot for the e-bill.

The advertorials shall launch this year’s e-bill advertising campaign, which is being planned by the Swiss banks, PostFinance and SIX Paynet. The campaign shall increase public awareness of the e-bill, which according to a recent survey was 41% of the Swiss population. The reasoning is that only those who are aware of the advantages of the e-bill will make the switch from conventional paper bills to paying per mouse click in e-banking. The number of people in Switzerland already using e-bills has increased significantly in the past year. The 300,000 user mark was exceeded in November 2008.
